I’m a single mom who works full time so I do my best to get my workouts and my runs in.
Yesterday I ran Molly’s Irish Pub Wearin’ of the Green 5k in Warrenton, VA with two friends, Marga & Carlota (pictured above)…I ran my fastest mile EVER. 8:16!! So proud of myself! Now, can I run 13 miles at that speed…we’ll see. I have 5 months to train. Keep me motivated!
